Parent & Me Pilates at Caya is designed for adults to get a full, satisfying workout while their child plays, explores, and joins in when it feels fun. For this 40‑minute class, expect grounded, parent‑focused sequences with a few playful interactive moments sprinkled in — just enough to make your kid smile without taking you out of your flow. Little ones stay safely inside the studio with a secure gate, giving them freedom to move while keeping them close. They’re welcome to bring a favorite toy from home or enjoy the small selection of toys available in the space.
