Reformer: Basic to Mid.

Perfect for beginner to intermediate movers, this 50‑minute Reformer Pilates session takes place in our Gazebo space. Each class uses the Reformer — and occasionally small props — to support whole‑body strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Movements are layered progressively, giving beginners clear guidance and confidence while offering deeper challenges for intermediate students. Expect a blend of classical Reformer sequences and modern, athletic variations, all taught with steady pacing, intentional transitions, and a focus on form, breath, and control.

All beginner–intermediate bodies are welcome, with supportive options for pre/post‑natal students and anyone needing gentler variations.

Expect a playful blend of classical foundations and modern Pilates variations — steady, intentional, and athletic in moments, while always honoring the principles of the Pilates practice.

Reformer: Mid. to Advanced

Designed for intermediate to advanced movers, this 50‑minute Reformer Pilates session takes place in our Gazebo space. Each class uses the Reformer — and occasionally small props — to build whole‑body strength, mobility, and nervous system resilience through more complex sequencing, deeper muscular engagement, and elevated coordination demands. Movements are layered with precision, offering progressions that challenge stability, endurance, and control. Expect a dynamic blend of classical Reformer repertoire and modern, athletic variations, taught with intentional pacing, seamless transitions, and a strong emphasis on form, breath, and refined technique. This class is ideal for students who are comfortable with foundational Reformer work and ready to explore more advanced shapes, tempos, and intensity.

Supportive options remain available for pre/post‑natal students and anyone needing gentler variations.

Circuit classes-Pop-up

A 55 minute, music‑driven Weight Circuit held in our Gazebo space. This is a high‑energy, fast‑paced class that blends Reformer, Mat, Chair, and weights — sometimes one, sometimes all — to build whole‑body strength. Expect loud fun music, quick transitions, and a sweaty, athletic flow that keeps you moving.

Because we move fast and spend less time breaking down form, this class is not recommended for beginners. It’s designed for people who already feel comfortable with Pilates or strength training and want a powerful, circuit‑style burn.

Keep an eye out for these classes as they POP up every so often to mix things up. Email or text with a request for a group session of 3 to 5 people. It is a fun way to celebrate the "wins" in life, or just a random Saturday.
