Caya 🍑 Peach  Party Circuit
A 50–55 minute, music‑driven Weight Circuit held in our Gazebo space. This is a high‑energy, fast‑paced class that blends Reformer, Mat, Chair, and weights — sometimes one, sometimes all — to build whole‑body strength with a strong focus on core and glutes.
Â
Expect loud fun music, quick transitions, and a sweaty, athletic flow that keeps you moving. Because we move fast and spend less time breaking down form, this class is not recommended for beginners. It’s designed for people who already feel comfortable with Pilates or strength training and want a powerful, circuit‑style burn.

Reformer: all levels
Perfect for most movers, this 50‑minute Pilates session is held in our calming Gazebo space. Each class uses the Reformer and/or Chair to support whole‑body strength, mobility, and gentle nervous system regulation.

Movements are layered progressively, so advanced movers feel challenged while those just starting out never feel left behind. Every sequence builds step‑by‑step, giving beginners confidence and offering deeper variations for anyone ready to explore more intensity.

other studios
If you spot other studio names on the schedule, that’s just me popping around Oakland like a little Pilates fairy. I teach and sub at a few wonderful studios in the community, each with their own vibe, flavor, and owner behind the scenes.

If you ever feel curious to try one of those classes, you’re absolutely welcome — just make sure to book with that studio directly, since they run separately from Caya and our credits don’t transfer over. Think of it as a fun field trip to explore a different style of movement whenever you’re in the mood.

Waiver ********
A separate signed waiver is required for both you and your child prior to class.

Reformer: Stretch, Core & Fascia Release
A slow, restorative reformer class for all levels. We blend gentle core work with stretch, mobility, fascia release, and full‑body relaxation.

Fascia release uses slow, steady movement and breath to soften the connective tissue around your muscles, helping you feel less tight and more mobile.

Active stretching means you lengthen your muscles while they’re lightly engaged, building flexibility that supports real‑life movement.

Held in our calming Gazebo space, this class uses the reformer — plus a chair or small props when helpful — to support alignment, ease tension, and wake up deep stabilizers without strain.

Mat Pilates: ZOOM
This 50‑minute Pilates session is streamed live from our Gazebo space straight to wherever you love to move — your living room, your backyard, or anywhere else in the world.
Classes follow Caya’s signature layering style: each sequence builds gradually, offering space to explore deeper variations or stay with what feels good in your body. Expect thoughtful Mat‑based movement with a blend of classical roots and modern, athletic play.
You’ll need a yoga mat; props like weights or booty bands are totally optional. Everything can be done without them, even if you see them on screen.

Please note: up to two students may be taking class in the studio while you enjoy your session from home.
All bodies are welcome, with supportive options for pre/post‑natal students and anyone who prefers gentler variations.
