🌿 What to Expect A 45–50 minute outdoor Pilates pop-up that brings the Caya Movement into the fresh air. We focus on strength, mobility, and nervous system ease, with layered movements so you feel both challenged and successful at any level. 📍 Location South Entrance Parking Lot Full address and photos are attached 📝 Waiver A signed waiver is required prior to class. *******Participation is not permitted without completed forms****** 🎒 What to Bring Mat(s) Water Hats or sunscreen 👶 Ages & Participation Ages 16 and up- each person will need to purchase a space. Children 11–15: Welcome to join any adult outdoor mat class for free. These classes are not kid‑specific, so your pre-teen/teen may follow some parts and rest or read during others — all totally fine.
