Gazebo Sessions

Service Description

A 45–50 minute Pilates session in our Gazebo space. Each class uses either Mat, Chair, Reformer, or a combination all apparatuses to support your whole-body strength, mobility, and nervous system. I layer each movement, so no matter your level, you feel both challenged and successful. All levels are welcome, with options for pre/post‑natal, beginners, and sensitive bodies.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel, please do so 6 hours before class. Late cancellations (under 6 hours) will result in a $15 fee.
